    IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is awidespread set of best practices and the most widely accepted approach toassist organizations in developing a framework for IT Service Management(ITSM). IT Service Management is the top-down, business-driven approach to themanagement of IT services that focuses on addressing the strategic business valuegenerated by IT organizations. The philosophy behind the adoption of ITIL isthe recognition that organizations are becoming increasingly dependent on IT tosatisfy and meet their corporate goals, which leads to an increased demand forhigh quality IT services.

    - English medium can be arranged upon request.

    - Attendee will receive a training confirmation notice for course enrollment 2 weeks before course commencement.
    - Kenfil reserves the right to charge the full course fee for any cancellation received less than 10-Working day to the course commencing date. No refund can be made for "No Show" cases.
